Just some apricot cheese, fresh snow pear and almond slivers on top of melted mozzarella and voila!

A dessert pizza is born.

Out of all the pizzas I made recently I think I personally loved this one the most. The fruitiness tasted kind of unique. and looking at it made me very happy.

Great looking pizza, wish that I had an oven. Ovens are not common in the kitchen here in Korea. Perhaps if and when I move to Thailand? I’m thinking of possibly studying photography there or here in Korea. Doing research about it now. I plan to be in Thailand during the first week of March. Hope that we can meet up!
Have a great day!

Hi, I’ve never made a dessert pizza, what a great idea. By the way, what’s apricot cheese?

Felicia- we had to get our own oven, not very common here either, but it was great investment.
Joey- thanks, this one was really surprisingly yummy.
HG- thank you. I actually have no idea what kind of cheese it was. It only said ‘Apricot and Almonds’ on it and it’s made by Lemnos. I found it in the cheese section of an import grocer.
