Wow! Now that’s inspired, given how well chocolate and orange go togeher. Wish I could give you a description of the texture of clafoutis – I guess it’s kind of like a bubblier creme caramel?? The unbaked batter, though, definitely looks like thick pancake batter. My clafoutis attempts have always been pale – but having seen all these fabulously indulgent chocolate creations, I think it’s time for me to indulge!

Brownies, cla-floppies, clafoutis – I don’t care what you call it Bordeaux! I just wish it would “clafloppy” over my way and into my mouth – looks perfect decadent! Thanks for sharing!
